Battery & Power Info

When the battery level is low, you’ll receive a notification through the mobile app.

If the battery is completely drained, you can still unlock the door using the physical key or by connecting an external power source via USB port. Once powered, you can access the door using your fingerprint or password as usual.

Power Consumption

Lasts over one year with approximately 10 unlocks per day. 

Door Compatibility

Fits standard wooden or metal doors with a thickness between 35–50 mm and a 60 mm latch backset. Designed to easily replace most traditional door knobs with minimal modification.

• Compatible with Apple HomeKit and Google Home when connected through a smart hub such as the Simon Gateway.
