Battery & Power Info

When the battery level is low, you’ll receive a notification through the mobile app. The remaining power allows approximately 50+ more unlocks before it runs out.

If the battery is completely drained, you can still unlock the door using the physical key or by connecting an external power source via the micro-USB port. Once powered, you can access the door using your fingerprint or password as usual.

Power Consumption

Lasts over one year with approximately 10 unlocks per day. For best performance, use alkaline batteries to prevent leakage. It’s recommended to replace the batteries every TWO years.

Door Compatibility

Suitable for door thicknesses between 35–48 mm.
